The answer is yes. Cutting on epoxy will scratch up much like cutting on a plastic cutting board.

How do you maintain a cutting board?

Hand-wash only Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Apply cutting board oil as needed.

What are your cutting boards seasoned with?

Our cutting boards are seasoned with food safe Walrus Oil. Walrus Oil is made up of Coconut Oil, Mineral Oil, Vitamin E, and Beeswax, FDA compliant for food contact surfaces.
